Quality and environmental protection system
INTEC MKD maintains a quality assurance system that adheres to ISO 9001 standards. Our long-standing commitment to upholding these standards ensures systematic and stable processes. Operational quality control is conducted in a dedicated testing laboratory equipped with cutting-edge measurement technology, where we utilize specialized software and devices for quality control in product development and process monitoring. The Zeiss Contura 3D measuring machine, housed in a fully climate-controlled laboratory, allows for precise measurements and meets our clients’ high demands. By employing methodologies such as FEMA, SPC and PPAP, we continuously strive for excellence in quality and process optimization.
In line with our vision, mission and adoption of the ISO 14001 standard, our company is committed to systematic and long-term efforts to reduce our environmental impact. The establishment of a new factory enables us to invest in renewable energy production through the use of heat pumps, the utilization of heat generated from production processes, and the installation of a solar power plant. Additional investments are directed towards energy-efficient equipment and machinery, as well as the integration of a centralized energy monitoring and management system, which enhances overall energy efficiency.
